Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Most teams are processing their first tickets within 2 hours. Full configuration (knowledge base upload, automation setup) typically takes a few days of part-time effort.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. The platform is designed for support managers, not engineers. You'll need Twilio credentials for SMS (we provide step-by-step instructions), but no coding required.
Can I import my existing tickets and knowledge base?
Knowledge base: yes, upload PDFs and Word docs directly. Past tickets: contact us for migration assistance if you need historical data imported.
AI & Accuracy
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?
In Assist mode (recommended to start), nothing sends without your approval. In Autonomous mode, the 9-layer safety system catches most issues. If something slips through, your edit teaches the system to avoid similar mistakes. Circuit breakers automatically disable autonomous mode if error rates spike.
Can customers tell they're talking to AI?
Our customers report that their customers can't tell the difference. The AI generates natural, contextual responses—not robotic scripts. That said, transparency is your choice. Some teams disclose AI assistance, others don't.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database connections, no credit card data stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security practices and can provide detailed security documentation on request.
Pricing & Billing
Are there any usage limits?
No artificial limits on tickets, team members, or clients. The only limits are safety-related: rate limiting to prevent accidental spam (50 auto-sends per hour per client).
What about SMS and email costs?
SMS is billed at cost through your own Twilio account (typically $0.0075/message in the US). Email through Resend is included. You control your messaging costs directly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. We'd rather earn your business every month.
What happens after the trial?
You'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue. All your data, settings, and AI training carry over seamlessly. No re-setup required.
